Where do you ship to? We currently ship across the UK and offer international delivery to select countries. Shipping options will appear at checkout based on your location.

How long does delivery take? UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days. International delivery times vary by region and may take 7–14 working days.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50.

Do you offer express delivery? Yes, express delivery is available within the UK. Select the express option at checkout for faster shipping (1–2 working days).

Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress.

What if my order hasn’t arrived? If your order is delayed or missing, please contact our support team at through out contact us form and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers? Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes and parcel lockers within the UK. For international orders, this may vary by country.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

What happens if my package is damaged during delivery? If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo and your order details—we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you offer local pickup? At the moment, we don’t offer local pickup—but we’re working on expanding delivery options in the future.

How often should I apply the balm?
For everyday care, apply once a day or after walks. If your dog's paws or nose are especially dry or cracked, apply once or twice daily until they feel softer, then use as needed. In winter or hot weather, applying before walks adds extra protection against icy paths, grit and hot pavements.

What if my dog licks it off?
Don't worry: the balm is made with natural, lick-safe ingredients, so a little licking is nothing to fret over. Applying it before a nap or after a walk, then distracting your dog for a few minutes, gives it time to absorb and work its magic.

Will it leave greasy marks on my floors?
The balm is thick and slow-melting, so a little goes a long way. Use a small amount and massage it in well, and it absorbs without leaving much residue. If you're worried about floors or furniture, apply it at bedtime or keep your dog on a towel for a few minutes afterwards.

Is it suitable for puppies?
Yes, the balm is suitable for puppies from 8 weeks old. As with any new product, start with a small amount and see how your puppy's skin responds.

Can I use it on other areas, like elbows?
Yes, it works well on rough, dry patches such as elbows and other areas of dry skin. Avoid the eyes, and don't apply it to open wounds or broken skin.

My dog's paws are cracked and bleeding. Will this help?
For bleeding, swollen or infected skin, or if your dog is limping or constantly licking a paw, please speak to your vet first. The balm is designed for everyday care and comfort, not as a treatment for injuries or medical conditions.

Does it contain any fragrance?
No. The balm contains no added fragrance or essential oils. Its soft, natural scent comes purely from its ingredients, so it's kind to sensitive noses.

My dog has sensitive skin or allergies. Can I use it?
The balm is made with gentle, natural ingredients, but every dog is different. Check the full ingredients list, and if your dog has known sensitivities, patch test a small area first and wait 24 hours. If you're unsure, check with your vet.

How long will one tin last?
Because you only need a small amount per application, a 60ml tin typically lasts around 2–3 months with daily use, depending on your dog's size and how often you apply.

How should I store it?
Keep the tin tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Natural butters can soften in warm weather and firm up in the cold. This doesn't affect quality: warm it between your fingertips before applying.

What's the shelf life?
The balm is best used within 12 months of opening. Check the tin for the best before date, and use clean, dry fingers each time to keep the balm fresh.

Can I use it on my cat?
The balm is formulated for dogs. Cats groom more thoroughly and can be more sensitive to some ingredients, so check with your vet before using it on other pets.

Are your ingredients organic or sustainably sourced?
We prioritise high-quality, sustainably sourced ingredients wherever possible. Many of our butters and oils are cold-pressed and derived from organic or wild-harvested botanicals to preserve their potency and purity, because your dog deserves the same care as you do.

Is this product free from silicones, parabens and sulfates?
Yes. theOleum& Paw & Nose Balm is completely free from silicones, parabens, sulfates and synthetic fillers. We believe in clean, effective formulations that support healthy, comfortable paws and noses.

Is it safe for pregnant or nursing dogs?
The balm is made with gentle, natural ingredients and contains no essential oils, but we always recommend checking with your vet before using any new product on a pregnant or nursing dog, especially on areas puppies may come into contact with.

Does it contain essential oils that may cause sensitivity?
No. Dogs have far more sensitive noses than we do, so we've deliberately kept the balm free from essential oils. It's especially gentle for the nose, an area your dog will naturally lick. As with any new product, we recommend a patch testfirst for dogs with sensitive skin.

Is this product fragrance-free or naturally scented?
The balm contains no added fragrance. Its soft, subtle scent comes purely from its natural ingredients: warm and lightly nutty from the shea butter and coconut oil. Nothing overpowering, just pure, gentle care.

Is Oleum cruelty-free and vegan? Yes. Oleum is proudly cruelty-free and vegan. We never test on animals, and all ingredients are plant-based and ethically sourced.

Do you use recyclable packaging? We use recyclable plastic bottles, reusable glass containers/tin and minimal packaging to reduce waste. Our labels and shipping materials are also chosen with sustainability in mind.

Are your products made in small batches or mass-produced? Oleum is crafted in small batches to ensure freshness, quality control, and ingredient integrity. This allows us to maintain high standards and deliver consistent results.

Do you support any environmental or social initiatives? We’re committed to ethical sourcing and are actively exploring partnerships that support reforestation, women-led farming cooperatives, and ingredient traceability. As we grow, so will our impact.
