Glass Coat: a whipped vanilla bean conditioning butter that softens and smooths the coat, paws and dry skin for a silky, glossy finish.

Calm Coat: a night-time coat oil naturally infused with calming ingredients for a soft, effective scent. Vanilla bean, chamomile, calendula, coconut and ginger, slow-infused, with no essential oils.

Paw & Nose Balm: a rich, slow-melting balm in a travel-friendly tin that soothes, softens and protects dry, cracked paws and noses.

Every product is formulated with dogs in mind: gentle on their senses, lick-safe and human-grade. Only the very best for your dog.

Paw & Nose Balm: Butyrospermum Parkii Butter (Shea Butter), Cocos Nucifera Oil (Coconut Oil), Cera Alba (Beeswax), Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil (Jojoba Oil), Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract (Calendula), Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract (Chamomile).

Directions for use

Glass Coat: massage a small amount into your dog’s coat, focusing on dry areas and ends. Smooth onto paws and dry skin to soften and condition. Use on damp or dry fur for daily grooming, post-bath finishing or quick refreshes.

Calm Coat: in the evening, warm a few drops in your palms (2–3 for small dogs, 4–6 for medium to large) and massage slowly into the coat in the direction of hair growth. The slow massage is part of the wind-down.

Paw & Nose Balm: warm a small amount between your fingertips and massage gently into paw pads and nose. Use after walks, before heading out in harsh weather, or as part of your dog’s evening wind-down.

Avoid the eyes and any broken skin. Patch test first if your dog has sensitive skin. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Glass Coat may soften in warm weather; pop it in the fridge to firm it up again.

How long does delivery take? UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days. International delivery times vary by region and may take 7–14 working days.

How much does shipping cost? Standard UK delivery is £2.99, and free on orders of £35 or more, so this set ships free in the UK.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress.

What if my order hasn’t arrived? If your order is delayed or missing, please get in touch through our contact us form and we’ll resolve it promptly.

What happens if my package is damaged during delivery? If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo and your order details and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Product Use & Benefits

What’s in the set? Glass Coat 120ml, Calm Coat and Paw & Nose Balm: our full grooming routine, for less than buying each on its own.

Can I use all three on the same day? Yes. Glass Coat conditions the coat, Calm Coat is the bedtime step and Paw & Nose Balm can be used after walks or whenever paws and noses look dry.

Is everything safe if my dog licks it? Yes. All three products are lick-safe and human-grade.

Will they leave greasy marks? A little goes a long way with all three. Use a small amount and massage it in well, and they absorb without leaving much residue.

My dog’s paws are cracked and bleeding. Will this help? For bleeding, swollen or infected skin, or if your dog is limping or constantly licking a paw, please speak to your vet first. The set is designed for everyday care and comfort, not as a treatment for injuries or medical conditions.

Does it make a good gift? Yes. It’s our full routine in one set and a lovely present for any dog owner.

How should I store it? Keep lids tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Natural butters can soften in warm weather; Glass Coat can go in the fridge to firm up again. Best used within 12 months of opening.

Ingredients & Safety

Are your products free from silicones, parabens and sulfates? Yes. All three are free from silicones, parabens, sulfates and synthetic fillers.

Do they contain essential oils? No. Dogs have far more sensitive noses than we do, so the whole set is free from essential oils.

Are they fragrance-free or naturally scented? There’s no added fragrance. Glass Coat and Calm Coat get their warm scent from real vanilla bean and slow-infused botanicals, and Paw & Nose Balm smells softly of shea and coconut.

Is it safe for pregnant or nursing dogs? The set is made with gentle, natural ingredients, but we always recommend checking with your vet before using any new product on a pregnant or nursing dog.

My dog has sensitive skin or allergies. Can I use it? Check the full ingredients list, and if your dog has known sensitivities, patch test a small area first and wait 24 hours. If you’re unsure, check with your vet.

Sustainability & Ethics

Is theOleum& cruelty-free? Yes. We never test on animals. Glass Coat and Calm Coat are vegan; Paw & Nose Balm contains beeswax.

Do you use recyclable packaging? We use reusable glass jars, a reusable tin and minimal packaging to reduce waste. Our labels and shipping materials are also chosen with sustainability in mind.

Are your products made in small batches? Yes. Everything is crafted in small batches to ensure freshness, quality control and ingredient integrity.
